Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 22/02/2016 It is the case of the petitioner that despite order passed by this Court, the respondent / Commissioner has not decided petitioner's representation till date. 2.
Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent, referring to various documents along with reply, submits that enquiry has already been initiated and number of opportunities have been granted to the petitioner to submit documents of his title and other details so that the matter can be finally decided. However, those details have not been submitted by the petitioner. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that whatever documents and material is available with the petitioner, has been submitted before the respondent.

Whether or not, the petitioner has submitted details, once the petitioner is granted opportunity to submit all documents and details, the matter ought not to have kept pending but decided one way or the other. The respondent should have decided the matter in compliance of the order of the Court. 5.
