The transfer order has been challenged on the ground that on a false and frivolous allegation, the petitioner has been transferred. 2.
Perusal of order impugned shows that some enquiry was made and thereafter, transfer order has been passed. In view of aforesaid circumstances, proper course of action would be to prefer representation before the Collector, who may examine the representation on the basis of material available on record and take appropriate decision thereon, if he would find that such transfer order may not have been passed on this exigency, his transfer order may be cancelled. If the petitioner prefers representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be considered and decided within further four weeks. 3.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
