1. By the impugned order, the petitioner's objection in execution of arbitration award has been rejected by the District Judge, Bilaspur, which has been questioned in this writ petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order passed by learned District Judge rejecting the petitioner's objection is unsustainable and bad in law.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.
4. The petitioner, who is judgment-debtor/guarantor has raised the objection with regard to validity of arbitration award, which has been overruled by learned District Judge.
5. The petitioner, if aggrieved, the passing of arbitration award, he is at liberty to question the said award on permissible grounds under
Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as such, there is no illegality in the impugned order passed by learned District Judge rejecting the objection preferred by the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed subject to aforesaid liberty in favour of the petitioner. No cost(s).
