ORDER

(Passed on this 22nd April, 2018) 1.

This Petition is directed against the transfer order dated 14.08.2017 whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from the Office of Collector, Koriya to the Office of Collector, Balrampur. 2.

Shri Shukla submits that by efflux of time, this Petition has become insfructuous.

In view of above, the instant Petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
