Sam Koshy Order On Board 03/11/2016 This is the fifth bail application filed u/s 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant who was arrested on 09.06.2014 in connection with Crime No. 226/2013 registered at P.S. Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467 & 468 of IPC. 2.

The earlier four bail applications of the applicant were dismissed/rejected by this Court either as withdrawn or on merit vide order dated 09.07.2014, 30.03.2015, 14.08.2015 and 19.07.2016. 3.

Considering the fact that the fourth bail application was rejected just about three months back and no strong change circumstance has been made out by the counsel for the applicant for releasing the applicant on bail except for the ground of delay in trial, this Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of bail to the applicant.

Accordingly, the fifth bail application filed by the applicant stands rejected.
