Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred in a mid session and children of the petitioner are studying in Class - IIIrd and VIth in the school and in the event of shifting of the petitioner, the petitioner's family may suffer grave hardship. 2.

It is found that the impugned transfer order has been passed by the respondents - Corporation in the mid session. In such a case, the employees have to withdraw the admission of their children, who are presently studying in the school and requires to search for new admission, where he is now being transferred, which is a kind of hardship.

The order impugned shows that as many as 17 employees have been transferred in the mid session. In these circumstances, looking to the

hardship which the petitioner may face, the respondents are directed to consider this aspect and take decision on petitioner's representation. Let the petitioner prefer representation within 10 days from today, which shall be considered and decided within a period of 15 days from the date of submitting of representation and a speaking order shall be passed keeping in view the hardship as stated herein above.

With the aforesaid observations / directions, this petition is finally disposed off.
