1. The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.79/2021 registered in Police Station Pendra District Gourela-Pendra Marwahi C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 379, 34 of

MCRC No. 2795 of 2021 the I.P.C.

2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that applicants have promised to entwin the golden chain, however, when returned the same it was found to be of brass.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the entire fact situation of the case and also for the fact that these two applicants are ladies; they are in jail since 06.3.2021; the concerned SHO has not reported any previous antecedent of the applicants and also for the reason that offences are triable by JMFC, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
