The present application for leave to appeal is barred by 34 days. 3.
We failed to understand the filing of this application for leave to appeal against acquittal in a conviction under Section 3(1)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 354, 457 and 506 (B) IPC when the prosecutrix had herself gone hostile.
