The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.51/2020 registered at Police Station Singhanpuri Jungle, Dist. Kabirdham (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 20(A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

The first bail application was dismissed without reserving any liberty.

Applicant was found to grow 20 cannabis plants weighing 16.600 kgs.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, I am of the opinion that present is not a fit case to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is rejected with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.
