1. Perusal of the order shows that the appellant was in jail for 83 days during trial and thereafter on 20.11.2007 he was sent to jail and sentence of seven years with fine of Rs.5000/- and in default additional R.I. for six months was awarded under Section 307 IPC and under Section 323 IPC he was sentenced to undergo R.I. for one year and the record also shows that the appellant was not enlarged on bail, thereby in any eventuality he must have suffered the entire jail sentence as he is in jail since 20.11.2007.
2. Despite repeated calls, none appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the appellant to prosecute this appeal on merits.
3. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous as the appellant has already suffered his entire jail sentence.
