Challenge to the transfer order is made on the ground of personal difficulties relating to ailment of old aged parents. Except this, no other grounds have been urged in the petition to challenge the transfer order. 2.

Personal difficulties are looked into by the transferring authority and not by the Court, therefore, in these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the transfer order. However, it would be open for the petitioner to represent to the concerned transferring authority for cancellation / modification of the impugned transfer order on personal grounds. If the petitioner prefers representation within a period of 10 days from toady, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
