Upon due consideration, the application for condonation of delay in filing restoration application (MCC) is allowed. Delay is condoned. 3.

Taking into consideration the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that just and sufficient cause is made out for nonappearance of the applicant / petitioner on the date of hearing when the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.
