Petitioner approached this Court with a grievance that even though, the respondents No.8 & 9 are quack, on complaints made, their establishments were sealed and they are still continuing to treat by illegal means. 3.

I find that a complaint to this effect has already been made. 4.

Learned State counsel submits that appropriate directions may be issued to the respondents No.3 to 7 to make proper inquiry in this matter and take appropriate action.

In view of the aforesaid submission, at this stage, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to respondents No.3 to 7 to look into the complaints of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Respondents No.8 & 9, however, would be at liberty to submit their response in writing to the concerned authorities and thereafter, the competent authority may decide the issue forthwith.
