Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was transferred vide order dated 31.03.2016, against which he has preferred the representations, but till date, his representations have not been decided.

It is found that the transfer order has been passed on 31.03.2016 and the petitioner has approached this Court after more than 7 months, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned. However, the representations of the petitioner which are lying with the respondents shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
