Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 12-71. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondents to take decision in the light of communication of Annexure P-5.

2. The petitioner is Revenue Sub Inspector posted at Nagar Panchayat, Kirodi Mal Nagar.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 1 to decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-3 dated 13-9-2017 followed by Annexure P-5 dated 29-12-2017 within a stipulated time.

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, and the

submission made by counsel for the petitioner, instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 1 to decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-3 followed by Annexure P-5 regarding the petitioner's claim within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not touched the merit of the case.
