By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction for consideration of his case for grant of permission towards another state movement. 3.
On 29-04-2020, the State Government had issued guidelines, in view of the guidelines dated 29-04-2020 issued by the Home Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. That letter deals with the procedure relating to inter-state movement.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner request for grant of inter-state movement shall be considered expeditiously, in the light of guidelines dated 29-04-2020 of the State of Chhattisgarh as well as that of Union of India. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to decide his application within shortest possible time. 6.
Having considered submissions of learned counsel for the parties, I am not inclined to keep this petition pending. Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed off at this stage, with a direction to respondent-State and its authorities concerned to decide the petitioner's application for grant of inter-state movement, preferably within 10 days, according to their recent guidelines dated 29-04-2020 as also keeping in view the notification issued by the Government of India dated 29-04-2020.
