1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.232/2021 registered in Police Station: Station House Office Excise Circle, Champa District Janjgir Champa for offence under Section 34 (2) and 59 (A) of the CG Excise Act.

2. Although 15 bulk liters of country made liquor has been recovered from the applicant, however, there are at-least 6 more cases in which the applicant was previously involved in committing similar offence.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only one case is pending and all other trials have been disposed of.

4. Considering the previous antecedents, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected. However, the applicant would be at liberty to revive the prayer after 2 months. Sd/- (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Acting Chief Justice Barve
