Agrawal Order On Board 02/11/2015 (1) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking regularization on the ground that the petitioner is working as Daily Wages Employee in the Department of Forest since prior to 01.09.1988, therefore, he is entitled for consideration of his case for regularization in terms of the State Government's circular dated 05.03.2008.

(2) Return filed by the respondents would indicate that the issue of regularization of the petitioner is pending consideration.

(3) In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take decision in the matter keeping in view the terms of circular dated 05.03.2008 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
