2. This is the second application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.134/2020 registered at Police Station Bagbahara, District Mahasamund (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Three accused persons were found in illicit possession of 100 Kg of Ganja, when they were travelling in a Mahindra Pick-up

MCRC No. 2643 of 2021 vehicle from Khariyar Road to Bagbahara.

4. Considering the whopping quantity of contraband recovered from the accused persons, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
