In this case, respondent No.1 was directed to remain present before this Court to explain why the order of the Court has not been complied with.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that against the order passed by this Court, a writ appeal has been preferred. 3.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to proceed further with the matter at present.

The contempt petition is disposed off with liberty to revive in case eventuality so arises.
