Opening the argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person of unsound mind.

I find that the petition has been filed in the name of the petitioner, who is stated to be of unsound mind, without there being any next friend to support the case.

The petition is presently not maintainable and is therefore, dismissed as non-maintainable with liberty to file fresh petition. 4.

Certified copy of order impugned be returned to the petitioner after retaining photocopy of the same.
