Respondent No.2 - Shri Dilip Jaiswal is present in the Court. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 30/11/2016 It is brought to the notice of this Court by referring to averments in the reply that respondent No.2 was transferred to the present place of posting of the petitioner vide order dated 05/10/2016, in compliance of which, he has joined in the office as Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Society at Bilaspur on 17/10/2016.
It is submitted that as he was a new incumbent in the office, he was not aware of the interim order of the Court. Therefore, the petitioner was relieved on 27/10/2016. Thereafter, on 01/11/2016, the petitioner submitted copy of interim order passed by this Court but by that time, relieving order of the petitioner was passed. Thereafter, immediately on 02/11/2016, relieving order of the petitioner was canceled and he is being allowed to continue at the present place of posting in compliance of the order of the Court.
In view of the aforesaid statement made before the Court, supported by averments and documents on record, I do not consider it necessary to proceed further in the matter.
