Though the case is listed for filing of the reply of the State, learned counsel for the State referring to memo dated 03.10.2017 of the Divisional Forest Officer would submit that as the claim of the petitioner has already been recommended on account of availability of vacancy, in the OBC category, for consideration of his case for regularization, this petition, at this stage, may be disposed off with appropriate direction. 2.

In view of the statement so made by learned counsel for the State, it would be appropriate to dispose off the matter with the direction to respondent No.3/Conservator of Forest, Bilaspur that against one vacancy of OBC which is available, the petitioner's claim for regularization would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed. Obviously, that one vacancy of OBC shall not be used in filling up by way of direct recruitment. 3.
