1. By the impugned order dated 1.3.2021, the Collector cum District Magistrate, Jashpur has directed that the Sub-Registrars of different Tehsils within Jashpur district shall effect registration of documents within their Tehsil area.

2. According to the petitioner, the impugned order is contrary to the State

Government's order dated 11.6.2020 by which the registration of documents was allowed in the district headquarter.

3. Shri VR Tiwari, learned Additional AG would submit that by order dated 9.6.2021, the Collector cum District Magistrate, Jashpur has withdrawn the impugned order (Annexure-P/1).

4. Copy of the order dated 9.6.2021 has been filed before this Court on 15.6.2021.

5. In view of the fact that the impugned order has already been withdrawn by the Collector cum District Magistrate, the Writ Petition is rendered infructuous.
