Grievance of the petitioner is that his request for grant of permission towards inter-state movement has not been considered as he is required to move from the State of Chhattisgarh to the State of Maharashtra. 3.
Learned Assistant Solicitor General would submit that the Government of India has issued necessary guidelines on 29-04-2020 in this regard. 4.
Learned Deputy Advocate General would submit that the State
Government has also issued guidelines on 29-04-2020 in the matter of considering such applications for grant of permission towards inter-state movement. He further submits that a petition on similar lines has already been disposed off by this Court on earlier date of hearing. 5.
Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the material on record, I am not inclined to keep this petition pending. Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed off at this stage, with a direction to the respondent-State and its authorities concerned to decide the petitioner's application for grant of permission towards inter-state movement, according to their recent guidelines dated 29-04-2020 as also keeping in view the notification issued by the Government of India dated 29-04-2020.
