Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been placed under suspension by order dated 04/09/2015 by respondent No.2 and after lapse of 45 days from his suspension, no charge sheet has been filed, as such, the suspension order is liable to be revoked. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the respondent No.2 within a period of 15 days from today, who in turn

shall consider and decide the same as early as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of filing of the representation. 3.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
