Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the District Education Officer (D.E.O.), Sukma has already made an inspection of petitioner's school and final decision is likely to be taken, therefore, petition be disposed of with direction to the D.E.O. to pass the order on the application dated 04.09.2017 under Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (for brevity 'Act of 2009'). 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the District Education Officer, Sukma shall take decision on the petitioner's pending application dated 04.09.2017 under the Act of 2009 expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
