1. The default pointed out by the Registry is waived.

2. This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 350/2019, registered at Police Station-Kawardha, District - Kabirdham(C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 469, 120-B/34 of the the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC').

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant, that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation of embezzlement is totally misconceived. The FIR is delayed by four years. The applicant is in jail since 17.3.2020. At present the investigation is complete and charge-sheet has also been filed, hence, it is prayed that applicant be granted regular bail.

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application and the submission made in this respect.

5. I have heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the case diary.

6. After considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and that the charge-sheet has been filed, I feel inclined to allow the bail application of this applicant.

7. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is allowed. It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court, for her appearance as and when directed.
