The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the legality and validity of transfer order dated 31.03.2016 and another order passed on 04.04.2016. 2.
Though number of grounds have been raised by the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid orders, but at this distance of time, when the petitioner did not take any steps for last 8 months, I am not inclined to interfere with the orders in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India because the order is merely an incident of service and does not affect any of the terms and conditions of the transfer policy. The petitioner may file appeal under the provisions of the C.G. Panchayat (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995, if he is aggrieved by the impugned order.
