After arguing for sometime learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies available to him under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 pursuant to the order passed by the Controlling Authority dated 02.12.2019 in Case No. 9/ PGA/2017.

Prayer is allowed.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
