This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of order with regard to the person by whom bail bond is to be furnished. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has directed to release the juvenile - accused on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- by the father or mother of the applicant. However, in the present case, petitioner's father and mother have been arrested and are in jail, therefore, the order may be suitably modified that personal bond be furnished by Lakeshwar Prasad Chandra, brother of the applicant. 3.

State counsel has no objection.

Accordingly, order dated 05.10.2016 passed in CRR No. 827 of 2015 is modified only to the extent for the purpose of release of the applicant. Lakeshwar Prasad Chandra, brother of the applicant, may be allowed to furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Juvenile Justice Board.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.

This order shall be produced before the Juvenile Justice Board concerned for necessary compliance.
