1. Heard.

2. The petitioner has filed this petiton aggrieved on account of inaction on the part of respondent-authorities in not taking counter signature on Inter-State Carriage Permit on a particular route.

In the return of respondent, it has come out that the petitioner's application has been rejected, because it was found that the petitioner has not cleared tax dues.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the decision has been taken on records, but no such communication has been made to the petitioner.

3. Learned State counsel submits that the decision was taken to reject the petitioner's application, because tax was not paid and this order has already been communicated and thereafter reminder was also communicated to the petitioner.

4. In view of above, the purpose of filing this petition is fulfilled as orders have

been passed in this case, if petitioner is still aggrieved, he would be at liberty to take recourse such remedy as may be available to him under the law.
