Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that District Trade and Industries Center, Janjgir Champa by its letter dated 05.10.2016 has sought instructions from the Director, Directorate of Industries with regard to production certificate of the petitioner and it has been reiterated by memo dated 12.12.2017 but till date no action has been taken by the Director, Directorate of Industries for issuance of correct production certificate to the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the Director, Directorate of Industries is directed to consider the letter / memo dated 05.10.2016 and 12.12.2017 with regard to issuance of correct production certificate to the petitioner and do the needful expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the parties, if any. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
