Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 25/04/2017 The limited grievance of the petitioner before this Court with regard to non-issuance of permanent caste certificate claimed by the petitioner. 2.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner belongs to "Momin (Julaha)" caste, which is notified in the OBC category in the State. It is submitted that the application was submitted by the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate way back on 24-08-2016 before the Public Service Centre and the petitioner was also directed to appear before the authority on 01-10-2016. Thereafter, the matter has remained pending.

On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that the pending application of the petitioner shall be decided as early as possible.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, it is ordered that the competent authority shall decide the petitioner's application for issuance of caste certificate as early as possible preferably before 15-06-2017, considering that the petitioner would be required to submit caste certificate at the time of counseling for admission to medical course scheduled to be held in the month of June, 2017 itself.
