1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that order dated 20.02.2020 passed by this Court in SA No.356/2008 has not been complied with by the concerned Tahsildar against which the petitioner has preferred an appeal along with the application for grant of interim relief/stay which will be directed to decide expeditiously.

3. Prayer is fair and reasonable. The concerned Sub Divisional Officer is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal expeditiously and also consider the application for grant of stay filed by the petitioner within seven days from today. However, petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction the instant contempt petition stands disposed of.
