1. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 447/2019 registered in Police Station -Mohan Nagar, District- Durg (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Section 307 IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the bail application at this stage, however, with liberty to revive in case trial does not proceed early.
