1. The claim of the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to take a decision so far as grant of third time pay scale which the petitioner is entitled for on completion of 30 years of service.

2. According to the petitioner, he was initially appointed on 20.03.1982

and as such he has completed 30 years of service in the year 2012 and therefore, he is now entitled for the third time pay scale.

3. Given the limited dispute that the petitioner has raised, let the petitioner make a fresh representation, in addition to what he has already made, to the respondents 2 & 3 within a period of 15 days from today and on such representation being made, the respondents 2 & 3 shall take a decision in accordance with rules governing the service conditions of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the fresh representation of the petitioner.
