Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already moved an application for transfer on his own request on certain personal ground. However, vide impugned order, the petitioner has been transferred to Rajnandgaon. As the petitioner has already preferred representation, without commenting upon the merits of the case, at this stage, it would be proper to dispose off the matter with the direction to the Government to decide petitioner's representation in accordance with its own policy and exigency of service.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
