The petitioner has been transferred vide order dated 28.10.2016. It is submitted that on the ground that the petitioner's wife is posted in Raigarh District and application for transfer to suitable place has already been made but the petitioner has been transferred from Khamhariya to Gourela.

As the petitioner has already preferred representation, without commenting upon the merits of the case, at this stage, it would be proper to dispose off the matter with the direction to the Government to decide petitioner's representation in accordance with its own policy and exigency of service.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
