The learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur submits that by now all the roads works in relation to which this writ petition is filed have been completed and bills have been settled and due amounts released to the Petitioner. We record satisfaction of this situation.

We also record our appreciation for the efforts taken by the District Legal Services Authority, Bilaspur in having carried out all the instructions and directions issued by this Court, from time to time, to appropriately monitor the due completion of the road works in question. But for the commitment and efforts taken by the Chairman and the Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority,

Bilaspur, the action taken by this Court would not have been fruitful. This Court places on record its appreciation for the earnest and dedicated efforts taken by the District Judge, Bilaspur as the Chairman and the Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Bilaspur in this regard. 3.

Recording that, we close this writ petition since its continuance on Board is unnecessary.

This order be communicated to the District Legal Services Authority, Bilaspur.
