Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that he has no objection for the prayer clause made on behalf of the Petitioner. He further submits that the Court below may be directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

On due consideration, the instant W.P.(227) is hereby allowed and the impugned order dated 6.12.2014 passed by the National Lok Adalat, Bench No.2, District Balod, Chhattisgarh is hereby set aside and Case No. 19 of 2013 is restored to its original number. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible under the provisions of law, preferably within six months from the next date of hearing. 4.
The parties may file a copy of this order before the Court below for
compliance.

Registry (Judicial) is also directed to transmit a copy of this order immediately to the Court below through usual and fax mode for compliance. 6.
The W.P. (227) is allowed.

No order as to costs.
