1. Aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 01.04.2021, the petition has been filed vide the said order the petitioner has been transferred from Municipal Corporation, Raigarh, District - Raigarh to Municipal Corporation, Risali, District - Durg.

2. Considering the long duration of stay of the petitioner at Municipal Corporation, Raigarh, District - Raigarh, this Court does not find any strong case made out for interference with the said order.

3. However, in case the petitioner is not satisfied with the place of posting the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authorities by way of a representation which is made, the authorities would consider in accordance

with the rules, regulations and policies in governing the field accordance with law. The representation be decided at the earliest within a period of 45 days from the date the representation is submitted.
