(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Supervisor in the Department of Women and Child Development, Jagdalpur. By the impugned order dated 14.09.2015 passed by respondent No.3-Collector,
Bastar, whereby the petitioner has been attached at Integrated Child Development Scheme Darbha Sector Tanhakvada (Block Chhindgarh), District Sukma. He further submits that the Collector has no jurisdiction to transfer the petitioner outside the district and therefore, she may be permitted to make fresh representation before the State Government for redressal of her grievance. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) The petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before the State Government. If such representation is made by the petitioner within ten days from today before the State Government and in turn, the said authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
