1. The grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that the representation has been made by the petitioner for grant of interest on the delayed gratuity payment made to the petitioner.

2. The Representation Annexure (P-6) is pending consideration before the concerned authorities in the State Government.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits on the claim of the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet

if the writ petition is disposed off directing the concerned officers of department before whom the representation is pending to take an appropriate decision in accordance with the rules governing the field.
