Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in para 3 and 4 of the order dated 18/03/2021 passed in WPC No.309/2021 word 'sale confirmation letter' has been used whereas it is actually 'sale certificate' inasmuch as the bank has already the issued sale certificate.

Considering the submission made and no objection is made by learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2, order dated 18/03/2021 passed in WPC No.309/2021 is modified and word 'sale confirmation letter' would be substituted by word 'sale certificate'.

Accordingly, MCC stands disposed of.
