Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners are major and married with their own sweet will and mutual consent but
respondent No. 7, who is father of petitioner No. 2 is harassing and threatening the petitioners, therefore, they may be provided police protection.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make an application before the Superintendent of Police, Rajnandgaon who shall take necessary steps to provide police protection to the petitioners, if they are entitled as per law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
