1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.5/2015, registered at Police Station Gobra Nawapara, Distt. Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 498A and 306 of the IPC.

2. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail. First bail application has been dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to repeat after examination of material witnesses, vide order dated 13-5-2015 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.No.2164/2015.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that nine prosecution witnesses have already been examined out of 30 charge-sheet listed witnesses, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the bail application by directing the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
