Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 04/01/2016 Heard.

Though there is allegation of willful disobedience of order dated 28/12/13 passed in W.P.No.3055/98, learned counsel for the respondent, referring to the affidavits and the documents placed on record, submits that in compliance of the directions of this Court, the case of the petitioner was re-examined and now an order of lower punishment of withholding two increments without cumulative effect has been passed.

Irrespective of the correctness of the order which has now been passed, the order of this Court stands complied with.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order which is now being passed by the respondent, rule is discharged and Contempt petition is finally disposed off.
