Shri Yashwant Singh Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General and Shri Sourabh Dangi, Advocate both submit that inadvertently this appeal has been tagged with some other cases, however subject matter of the present case is entirely different from those cases. They further submit that identical matters have already been disposed of by this Court vide judgment dated 14.02.2017 passed in Writ Appeal No. 531 of 2016 and other connected appeals. They also submit that present appeal can also be disposed of in

terms of same judgment.

2. Considering the fair submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present appeal is also disposed of in terms of judgment dated 14.02.2016 passed in Writ Appeal No. 531 of 2016 and other connected appeals.
