Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by order dated 8.9.2015, the petitioner was declared surplus teacher in Government Primary School, Nardha and transferred to Government Primary School Tarenga and respondent No.5 has been brought in the place of petitioner on 18.9.2015 simply to accommodate the respondent No.5 in petitioner's place. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make representation before the respondent No.3 within a period of 15 days, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of filing of the

representation. Till then, the impugned order dated 8.9.2015 relating to transfer of petitioner shall remain stayed.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
